Timothy W. Willox, M.D. M.B.A. FACS C.P.E, is an actively practicing, board certified, general surgeon and physician leader with clinical expertise in areas of minimally invasive surgery and bariatrics. His management skills in business development, service delivery, physical, human, and financial services compliment his recognized abilities as a physician driven by and focused on quality-outcomes.

Dr. Willox is a results-oriented professional with a passion for quality, patient satisfaction, physician relations, research, business planning and state of the art technology. These characteristics enhance his abilities as a physician-leader and teacher of physician-leadership development.

An additional asset to our clients is Dr. Willox's vast knowledge of Perioperative Services Consulting, OR Management, anesthesiology program development and the ability to effectively communicate the need for surgeons and anesthesiologists to be part of solutions development, rather than obstacles to change.

In collaboration with the firm's human resources, education and corporate development specialists, Dr. Willox is instrumental in developing and delivering the firm's programs in Physician Leadership Development.

• Developed business plans for hospitals' minimally invasive and bariatrics surgery programs
• Educated surgical residents, physicians' assistants and registered nurse first assistants
