Senior Management Consultant

Ricardo Leano, MD, MBA is a practicing, Board Certified anesthesiologist with extensive education, training and application of business principles in the perioperative services setting. As a physician, business-leader Dr. Leano assists the firm's clients to develop consensus regarding delivery of the highest level of care in the most efficient and customer service oriented manner.

His graduate education in healthcare administration combined with his keen knowledge of anesthesia best practices allows him to coalesce a broad spectrum of knowledge and understanding of medical and business strategy. His clients and colleagues recognize him as an individual of perception and integrity as he implements programs and processes resulting in increased surgical program marketability, increased surgeon, staff and patient satisfaction, and increased case volume.

Further enhancing Ricardo's anesthesia and business skills is his extensive training in Six-Sigma process redesign; he is a Six-Sigma Green-belt candidate. He is bilingual English-Spanish which is a tremendous asset to the firm in servicing it's Latin American clients.
