Leadership Development and Succession Planning Specialist

Ed Turi is the owner and President of "Turi Business Coaching." The company provides Leadership development coaching and training to business leaders in both small and large organizations. His clients include Clarian Health Partners, the Roudabush VA Hospital, The Department of Homeland Security, The University of Notre Dame, Eli Lilly, Corvasc M.D.'s, and Interactive Intelligence.

Ed is also the President of the Center for Emotional Intelligence, an organization that promotes the development of Emotional Intelligence in leaders and employees in organizations. Emotional Intelligence has been found to be a significant predictor of career success and has a strong link to job performance, job satisfaction, and customer satisfaction. One of the areas of focus is in the health care field working with hospitals to reduce turnover, improve patient satisfaction, and develop leadership talent.

In 1995 Ed received his MBA from the University of Notre Dame with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Development. He is an adjunct professor at Indiana Wesleyan University teaching leadership development, organizational behavior, and change management courses. He has also completed a coaching training program from Coach U and is also a past facilitator at Coach U.

His work experience includes Eight years as an advertising executive in New York City. He is the past president of the International Coach Federations Indianapolis chapter. Ed and his family moved to Indianapolis 7 years ago. He is married with 3 children.
