Brian Dietrich, BS, MBA has nearly ten years of healthcare consulting experience, specializing on provider and group management. His clients particularly value his ability to optimize hospital's and medical groups revenue cycles and optimizing revenue streams. His career experiences have included internationally recognized "Big-Six" firms, as well as one of the nation's largest anesthesia management services companies.

In addition to his abilities in hospital revenue cycle and practice management, Dietrich's clients value his abilities to reconcile anesthesiology practice stipends as well as his skills as a contract mediator.

Mr. Dietrich's accomplishments include:

  • Nearly 10 years of in the healthcare industry, 7 of which have been focused on provider and group management
  • Healthcare consulting experience (with Healthcare Performance Strategies and Deloitte Consulting) including responsibility for a diverse cross-section of projects including: physician compensation redesign, MSO development, contracting strategy, OR efficiency, anesthesia group redesign, and revenue cycle improvement
  • 3 Years of experience with the nation's largest anesthesia management services organization
  • Significant experience leading subsidy negotiations, practice assessments, turnaround recommendations, and interim management
  • Expertise in corporate finance; including budgeting, treasury, variance reporting, accounting and capital project analysis
  • BS and MBA with a Finance concentration from the University of Tennessee.
