Beverly Peratino brings the firm's clients an extensive background as a healthcare executive with over 30 years of progressive leadership and management experience and twenty years as a surgical services administrator and director. She is a successful leader, who builds strong physician and staff relationships, focuses on collaborative team building, goal achievement with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction.

Key strengths include her financial expertise, being a process redesign expert, maintaining strong interpersonal skills and being a positive change agent. Beverly has a track record of driving positive change, developing effective departmental infrastructures, maintaining advocacy for patients' safety, understanding surgeons and anesthesiologists business needs while handling difficult human resource issues with care, dignity and respect for staff.

In addition, Beverly has sizeable experience in operating room and endoscopy facility design and construction oversight. She is notably published in Nursing and Perioperative Services literature and has been a member of the Certification Board of Perioperative Nursing for over fifteen years.

In her career as a Perioperative services administrator and consultant, Ms. Peratino's accomplishments include:
